Fabulous late 1940s to early 1950s vintage satin smoking jacket. In dark rust red rayon satin with white cuffs and collar. Fully lined in white rayon. It has gold embroidered dragons on the lapels and embroidery on the cuffs. Red and white twisted piping and large front pockets. Hangs open in the front, looks like it may have had a belt originally. In very good condition, there are a couple tiny spots on the lapel, see the last photo.

Note: The spot on the lower part of the right lapel is not a stain. It is a little round bit of additional gold embroidery.

Tag size Medium. Made in Japan. Measurements are approximate, taken while flat and doubled where necessary.
